We are delighted when our customers send us feedback on our service - here are two really nice ones, received in the last couple of months.
One visitor sent us a lovely letter in June this year, after she had spent an unhurried hour or so in the shop:
"Claire's friendly helpfulness reminded me forcibly of why Quilters Haven is my favourite quilt shop - and I have visited many, frequently, in New Zealand, Australia, USA and Canada."
and another came in, and I quote in full:
"I just wanted to let you know how delighted I was with the first class service I received from your team when I ordered some fabric over the telephone this week.
I telephoned on Thursday afternoon 2 October about 2.15 pm and was served over the phone by a very helpful member of staff who took my order promptly and promised it would be in the post that afternoon.
I must admit, that often I take such statements with a 'pinch of salt' since frequently they turn out not to be true.
However, to my amazement when I arrived home from work on Friday afternoon, 3 October about 2.30 pm I found your delivery had been put through my letterbox.
Personally, I have told numerous 'quilting' friends of my experience and intend to make a trip down to your store at the first opportunity."
